Responsible for a complete supply chain functions including Procurement, Warehousing and Shipping of finished goods to the customers
Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
Implement effective internal control, proper design and functioning of a client-oriented procurement management system for projects and related reporting requirements
Ensure effective use of internal Standard Operating Procedures in Procurement, control of workflows, continuous business processes monitoring and elaboration of improvements in systems and processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required
Manage customs clearance of imported supplies, materials, equipment
Ensure regular submission of procurement activity reports, logistics and assets reports to management

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
Contribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objectives

Issue purchase orders for procurement of materials and equipment for project job
Meet subcontractors and suppliers as necessary and to maintain relationships with them and assist in settling invoice or contract disputes and handle change order requests
Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Develop and evaluate maintenance process and understands customer needs to ensure quality services
Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner with the purpose of maintaining customer satisfaction
Oversee Fuel infrastructure, Operations statutory requirements, and Market trends
Monitor and review accident, repair and recovery process

Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and an effective manner and review field inspection reports from consultants throughout the life-cycle of the project
Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders and prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project documents are obtained
Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
